The UX design team feeds from the work of the UX researchers (field observation, interviews, diary observation) in addition to insights such as social trends, futurology, and personas, to organize creativity sessions in order to define the solutions to the users’ needs and expectations.

The UX design team delivers solutions with a systemic approach, and intensively uses storytelling and storyboarding tools to embark the users and clients in potential futures.

Collaborative tools in VR are also a new way to design solutions, that the UX design team is starting to use on projects with AISIN’s partners.
